This was my first time using LVLY, and I placed a spontaneous order to brighten a friend’s day. The entire process from ordering to delivery was seamless. I especially loved the tracking feature, which allowed me to see the driver en route, as well as the excellent communication throughout. Sent plant and dusty pink pot to my sister for her birthday. I ordered it a few days beforehand. I received notification that it wouldn’t be delivered until after 6pm on the day and it was delivered as promised. My sister was delighted with her gift.
