The person I sent this to was overwhelmed with not just the gesture but the quality of the flowers and inclusions and the condition they received them in. I was told they lasted a long time which is nice to know when you pay for a product like this. I will definitely use LVLY again for my flower deliveries in future
The Nurture Box was beautiful and well received.
The most amazing bit is I made a typo on the house number and was able to log into the app, see where the driver was and update the details. Furthermore to be doubly sure I reached out to customer service too and they also kept updating me.
What could have been a terrible error on my part was sorted out with ease. THANK YOU!!
