Amazing service. Even redelivered to a different address the next day when recipient wasn’t available at initial attempted delivery. This is not the first time I have sent or received from LVLY and will definitely be using again.

Sent flowers and the koala doll on behalf of a friend, as she is overseas. It was one tricky situation after another where none of the stars aligned for a smooth delivery. However, the delivery person was very patient and stayed until we could figure it out (over 30 minutes). Eventually, the gift was received and truly appreciated.

I ordered for a colleague's last day before starting maternity leave. The flowers looked beautiful when they arrived, really fresh and colourful. And the koala rattle toy was very cute.
I needed extra information added to the delivery address so sent an email to customer service. Kate responded very quickly letting me know she had updated it for me and was also able to tell me the approximate delivery time.
The whole process went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Great customer service and the gift was fabulous. I'll definitely use LVLY again.
