I ordered for a colleague's last day before starting maternity leave. The flowers looked beautiful when they arrived, really fresh and colourful. And the koala rattle toy was very cute.
I needed extra information added to the delivery address so sent an email to customer service. Kate responded very quickly letting me know she had updated it for me and was also able to tell me the approximate delivery time.
The whole process went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Great customer service and the gift was fabulous. I'll definitely use LVLY again.
