I had organised a beautiful congratulations gift box for my friend who had recently graduated her masters. I coordinated with her to get an at home delivery on the next day she was working from home. However her schedule changed unexpectedly and I quickly emailed the hello lovely team to organise a reschedule. The lovely Sally responded to me in no time whatsoever and had confirmed the re-delivery date so quickly. I was so glad that it was stressfree and easy to do that so quickly and Sally was amazing!
