I arranged a same-day delivery and provided incorrect address info. My gift box couldn't be delivered on that day. When the lovely customer support person helped me out, we managed to have the delivery made the next day which was a Sunday and I'd thought we would have wait until Monday at least! And they waived my redelivery fee which was sooooo great. Thank you 5 stars!!
